We pair agentic frameworks with formal verification and a novel alignment paradigm that enforces verified reasoning. The result is a fault investigation that is exhaustive, deterministic, and checkable: every cause the evidence licenses, everything ruled out, and an honest “inconclusive” where the evidence is insufficient.
